Greenspan is a new generation chloride free magnesium oxide
board is made of magnesium oxide cement and foam particle. It has multiple
applications like: Interior wall, Sandwich insulation panel, Fire resistant
door, Fire resistant steel protector, Fireplaces Pad, Marine decoration and
more.
The panel can boast superior fire ,thermal and acoustic
properties, 40% stronger but 50% lighter than alternative sheathing material,
water absorbing rate less than 15%. It is chloride free product tested under
ASTM C 871.It is 100% greenspan magnesium oxide board with green color that is applicable for use
in most of interior construction or renovation project.
Unlike gypsum board, lack of strength, afraid of water, low
fireproof degree
*Unlike fiber cement board, too heavy weight ,difficult to
cut and release dust, easily break and has risk of asbestos.
*Unlike mgo board ,water absorbing rate> 30%,contains
chloride>10% corrode screw and frame
*Unlike OSB/plywood, low fireproof degree, possible mould in
humidity, does not resist to insect
*Unlike Durock cement board,bending strength is very low
